Consciousness-based medicine is a personal, wholistic approach to physical, mental, emotional and energetic wellbeing. Utilizing modern knowledge, experiential wisdom, integrative practices and supportive guidance, we help people awaken consciousness, navigate challenge and resolve dis-ease.

We tend to the mental, emotional and spiritual needs of individuals, couples, families and organizations. Together, we address patterns and ideas, dis-ease, distraction, food and foundations. We track signs and symptoms, environmental impacts and mental-emotional tension. We observe human biodynamics and listen to the innate intelligence of the mind-body-spirit. We empower the process and honor the unfolding. We work with safety, trust, self-responsibility, sustainability and deep self-care.

Through regenerative practices, mind-body rebalancing and expanded consciousness, we guide conditions to comprehensive resolutions. We support tranquility, vitality and joy. We help you develop a state of unified consciousness to establish balance, love, relaxed presence and contentment in day-to-day life. 

In short, we focus on helping you find homeostasis– a state of internal stability and harmony unaffected by external factors, changes, environments or situations– the Living Peace.

FINDING OUR WAY HOME

In 1994, while recovering from work-related burnout, I was introduced to the precept that our mind creates our reality. Inspired and curious, I set about studying and integrating ancestral wisdom, modern knowledge and wholistic life practices. Through research, personal experience and apprenticeship, I learned that recuperating my health and maintaining a state of wellbeing required embodying a deeply integrative way of living that attended to my mind, body and spirit.

After 30 years of experience with traditions in Asia, Tibetan Himalaya, India, the Americas, Hawai’i, Aotearoa, Africa, and Europe, I’ve come to see in my own path that employing consciousness living principles, wholistic practices, emotional intelligence, and nature integration are the best means to generate health, and sustain overall wellbeing. Body, Mind and Spirit.

Gautama Buddha said that the mind is everything. What we think, we become. When ease and dis-ease are seen as complimentary aspects of a larger whole, then inner-standing is present. We then turn our attention to perceptual shifts based in equality and oneness, mutual benefit and consideration. Our actions generate health. Our intention guides regeneration. We now live in space of harmonic thoughts, sustaining ideas, and right actions to regenerate our base operating systems; cultures, ideologies, and consciousness.

We know to release physical, mental, emotional and psycho-spiritual conditions. In the Andes, we call this Kawsay Pacha. The healing space. The pacha (space) of Living Peace.

PERSONAL HEALING

Awakening consciousness is a journey of empowerment where one learns to be self-aware, self-responsible, self-nurturing and ultimately, self-realized. Through the process of embodiment, we learn to navigate reality beyond dualistic constructs and oppositional, fear-based behaviors. We learn to find opportunity in obstacle, trust the larger unfolding, live in harmony and self-care with ourselves and one another.

Awakening consciousness and wellness consultations are 60~90 minutes via Zoom, or in person depending on location and schedule. Ongoing consultations, mentorship and coaching sessions can be broken into shorter periods as needed. Sometimes, a small insight is all it takes to light up the unseen terrain and observe through new eyes. Step by step, with willingness, support and dedication, one comes to transform their world inside and out. 

CONSCIOUS RELATIONSHIP

Another important aspect of awakening consciousness is living in Conscious Relationship with yourself, your loved ones and society in general. Living in challenging times, we tend to forget that rebellion, reaction and independence are states of separation. Coming back, coming home, within, and with one another, we more easily balance discomfort and discord, bringing them to understanding, compassion, communication, sovereignty, inter-dependence, collective consciousness– mutually supportive states of loving presence. We experience freedom. Responsibility. We create form.

Conscious Relationship sessions help develop a more cognitive, self-reflective, empowered and nurturing way of addressing personal and relations needs without sacrificing energy and health in the process. We build nurturing mindsets and healthful bodies. We examine the inner and outer terrain and bring balance. Guided reflection and inspiration help: 

  • be in inner responsibility for our thoughts, feelings, and perceptional reality

  • develop courage to live consciously and operate with open communication

  • experience safety and trust, equanimity, understanding and equilibrium

  • maintain healthy boundaries, non-oppositional thinking, connection

  • feel mental, emotional and physical tranquility

  • live in emotional peace, supportive interdependence, and sovereignty

Note : It is beneficial for individuals, couples, family members and others to have personal consults during multiple person relational processes.
